Photo Gallery Access & Use Agreement

By accessing your photo gallery provided by Sun Gold Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Use Only

You are granted permission to view, download, and share your images for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes posting to social media (with credit appreciated) and printing for personal enjoyment.

2. Copyright

All photographs remain the exclusive property of Sun Gold Photography and are protected by copyright law. You may not sell, license, or use the images for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. No Alterations

Please do not alter, edit, crop, or apply filters to the images in any way that changes their appearance. If you need adjustments, contact us directly.

4. Gallery Access Period

Your gallery will remain available for [60–90] days from the date of delivery. We recommend downloading and securely backing up your images during this time.

5. Security & Sharing

Please keep your gallery link and password private. You are welcome to share your gallery with friends or family, but you are responsible for any actions taken under your access.
