Attempt to breach or bypass the security features of the client gallery.
2.4 Duration of Availability: The photographs will be available for download for a period of 60 to 90 days from the date of initial access. It is your responsibility to ensure you have downloaded and securely stored your photographs during this period.
3. Purchase of Print Products
3.1 Print Product Orders: Sun Gold Photography offers high-quality prints and print products through the client gallery. You may place orders for prints directly through the gallery. If a specific print size or product you desire is not listed, please contact Sun Gold Photography to discuss your requirements.
3.2 Payment: Payment for print products is required at the time of purchase. Sun Gold Photography reserves the right to set pricing and payment options.
4. Copyright and Ownership
4.1 Copyright: Sun Gold Photography retains all rights and ownership of the photographs provided through the client gallery. The photographs are protected by copyright laws.
4.2 Usage Rights: While you are permitted to download and use copies of the photographs for personal, non-commercial use, you are prohibited from transferring or assigning any rights to third parties.
